Yeah. I'm going a little stir crazy in lockdown 😂

Anyway, this is for those following my health updates. I've been smashing these daily. Great way to get in a load of calories after my first meal of the day (usually 2-3 hours prior). Been averaging over 4,200 calories a day for the past 11 weeks.  I've gained 18kg (40 lb) in that time.

Getting fluffier as expected, but making great progress on lifts. Most of my weight & strength gain is in legs and hips (squat every session). Not gonna lie, the eating still hurts but not as much as it did initially. Still training 3x a week but I've had to add a light day as my body cannot recover from lifting heavy 3x a week anymore. Sleeping 8+ hours a night.

Will post another update when I'm super fat. Won't be long at this rate 😉

FYI I'm doing Starting Strength (modified to cater to my REKT left shoulder and elbow).

I love you all,
Steven

Not really necessary to eat all those calories to add muscle mass. Your future self will not be happy you permanently added all those white fat cells that will be impossible to remove, only shrink. You might want to consider getting an Apple Watch and the free GeroSense app which calculates your biological age based on AI crunching of your recorded step data. You can use Gero to tune your lifestyle choices to achieve your lowest biological age. In my view, a persons health is most optimal when their biological age is the lowest they can make it and from personal experience I can say I don't think those calorie bombs are the answer.
