Is health a priority? Do you optimize your health? What do you do? Any biohackers? Share your insights, best tips etc (or your excuses for why you don't look after your health) 😁

–––––––––––––

Per the video...

My next steps:

At home tests:

  • Hormone levels
  • Toxic metals in blood
  • Microbiome analysis
  • Complete genome sequence and analysis by AI

In person tests:

  • Full body MRI scan (early detection of cancer etc)
  • DEXA scan (bone density)
  • Biological age test
  • Skin health analysis

HIGHLY recommended:

◆ Tony Robbins - Life Force (book/audible) – read it, thank me later :)

◆ Athletic Greens AG1 (Comprehensive and Convenient Daily Nutrition) FREE One Year Supply of Vitamin D + 5 Travel Packs https://athleticgreens.com/SMR (I take this daily, game changer!)

◆ BLUblox glasses (Optimise Sleep, Health & Hormones) 15% off (use code SMR at checkout) https://bit.ly/3GJvQte (I wear the glasses every night, same for sleep mask)

Lastly, I wish you ALL great health! 💪🙂

I love you all,
Steven

Hi from the future, may I ask to clarify why spirulina is "not good for you"? I know any plant can take from its environment harmful chemicals but apart from the obvious low quality control issues, is there anything intrinsically bad about taking it?

Also on the spectrum here (AQ = 45). I've been biohacking for the last 9 years. Was asked to be one of the first official coaches of the Bulletproof Diet by Dave Asprey and his team on Coach(dot)me to promote the launch of his Bulletproof Diet book way back when... Since then I have upgraded to a 100% carnivore diet (Steven...definitely try this before deciding on hormone-replacement therapy). Coached folks for years before realizing most people had to fix their psychology more than anything, so now I practice hypnotherapy and change the lives of thousands each night rather than one at a time. Since going all-meat and removing veg entirely, my energy is always good and consistent... No crashes or manic spikes, mood is even... Rarely any anxiety. All the aspie benefits but most of the drawbacks are practically gone. If anyone is interested in experimenting with this way of eating, I say go for it. Try it for a month. Easy-peasy.

I regularly rotate between low-carb, keto and carnivore. Been doing stints of carnivore for a few years. Cool to hear about your Asprey connection. I was introduced to Bulletproof by a biohacker friend back in 2013–super early days! Well, to be fair, I stayed with a guy on Airbnb and we became friends after spending the entire time talking about health, longevity etc. He made me my first butter coffee. Here's the review he left for me on Airbnb back in June 2013: "Steven is a considerate, clean, tidy & organised person. Hosting Steven was a pleasure, he is very knowledgable in many areas, nutrition, exercise, science, business & technology. I am truly thankful to Steven for the conversations we had as we are both into biotechnology, DNA & the future do it was an amazing experience hosting you Steven. Thanks again & you are always welcomed to come back"

1 thing to add... drop the AG1 / Athletic Greens until they update the recipe. The product contains spirulina, which is not good for you. The algae contains an analogue of B12 that the body cannot utilise but still occupies B12 receptor sites. Not cool.
