Hey folks, just curious how much interest there is in some content relating to real estate investing.

Answer honestly.

p.s. The results of this poll will not make a difference as to whether or not I make said content. It will happen anyway (in time, as I document my own real estate moves). Just curious about how many of you will watch/enjoy the content 😉

Cost of money and the due diligence required to borrow against real estate is such a barrier. I have over $1M in paid off rentals. Getting a refinance loan seems tooo hard and expensive. High rates plus points!!

I am a Real Estate professional in, St George Utah USA, one of the hottest market in the US. Austin is flying in a similar market. Be aware that there is very limited product and prices are at record levels. The Mortgage market retains a high level of due diligence unlike 2005 through 2008 when a pulse was the only requirement to borrow money. Be careful, the woke forces could still crash the economy under the current administration.
