They say there is about 10% of the population that have an 'addictive personality' it is a thing, it has to do with dopamine levels being low, and that personality using a substance to bring those levels up.. What they don't tell you is there is about 10% of the population that has a 'non-addictive personality' can take up smoking for a year, and give it up.. Can try all of those un-named products and then just stop. I fall into the 10% with the non-addictive personality... Starting and stopping something for me.. Not a big deal.

If anyone is reading this now after this has already been posted 2months ago, check out a book from Neil Strauss called "The Game" this will open your eyes to the door of the pickup artist community. It's an older book but that changed my life and it only helped me better understand social dynamics. That book lead me down a rabbit hole of additional resources.
