Great opportunity to talk about an important topic.

I love you all,
Steven

p.s. I’m very serious, if ANY medical practitioners in Australia are willing to help me begin hormone optimization therapy, DM me on twitter. My Total and Free T levels are with the “reference range” but I want to optimize to the high end of the “healthy” range for the health benefits (sleep, energy, exercise capacity/recovery, cardiovascular health, bone density etc).

Failing that, if anyone can refer me to an anti-aging clinic or SOMEONE who will not immediately tell me to fk off since I’m “in the normal range”, that would be appreciated.

My T levels died. Docs optimized my T levels. I am back and functional on all levels, list 20 lbs and clarity of mental action. Muscle is coming back. I'm 50 operating at my 30's level of energy.

You definitely should make more videos on this subject as you get deeper down the rabbit hole. BTW: Have you checked out Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis? Andrew Huberman talked about them. They make a pretty good duo. Where you take one for two weeks, then switch to the other, to avoid your system adapting to either, and also reducing any potential toxicity. There is some talk about Fadogia Agrestis being toxic in some animal models, but that was under huge doses for prolonged periods on mice, and otherwise, Fadogia Agrestis has been used a fertility supplement for ages. This duo is particularly helpful if you are trying to avoid the trappings of exogenous testosterone, though, they do seem to be most effective in people whose testosterone is under performing. So in your case, SMR, you may or may not notice a meaningful improvement. But it's worth a try if you haven't. Definitely better to make your own testosterone if you can, and best to start that direction. The brands that Huberman recommended was Solaray's Tongkat Ali Root 400 mg, and Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs Fadogia Agrestis Extract 600mg. I think one a day is a good starting place, and you can adjust dosage as needed.
