I can relate. I used equity from my home to purchase Tesla stock, I bought at all time highs. Lol, I borrowed $100k to purchase Tesla stock. but only after buying in 2019 and seeing returns of 1200%. I rolled my retirement over to an Ira brokerage from a job I had quit and started investing in a few things, Tesla being the only stock I had that was just going crazy, I have been investing in Tesla since November 2019. Still investing what I can. Holding for at least 7 more years. Family and friends thought I was crazy until my house was valued at $500k and my Tesla shares were worth $250k.

My wife and I have not made a house payment in 20 years after paying it off. Then payed cash for our current home. Great feeling. Made a ton of money on our four homes. Payed cash for our M3LR/FSD.
