My Top 3 Purchases Of 2023 (Patreon)

What were YOUR top purchases of 2023?

3. Marrs Bar: https://www.marrs-bar.com/products/marrs-bar (no discount)

2. Infrared Sauna Blanket: https://bit.ly/3TbIqvp

1. Eight Sleep: http://refer.eight.sl/steven44 ($200 off)

NOTE: The links above should give YOU a discount on purchase BUT check the websites in case they have a holiday promo with a bigger discount to apply. Please don’t use my links just to “help” me. The links are to benefit you. The sauna blanket link doesn’t give me anything, the Eight Sleep link gives me a useless voucher to buy crap I don’t want so it is of no benefit to me. Just trying to save you some money.

Re: Sauna blanket: there might be other comparable products on the market but it is important to reach the 80ºC temperature threshold. Research shows most benefits from sauna between 80-100°C (176-212°F). Wish the blanket went hotter but it’s the best I can find and worth it for the convenience. If you have space and money, building a legit sauna in your home would be better if it can reach a higher temperature. OR if you have the time, visiting a sauna somewhere that gets to the top of that range is ideal.

Lova ya,
