Dev update #97 (Patreon)

Hi, everyone. One day late again, sorry about that. Had some issues with the internet yesterday.

This will be the last dev update before the release.

I finished working on all art last week and am now fully focused on coding and writing the remaining scenes. The amount of work remaining is quite large. Mostly because of variability in one of the scenes. But there are also smaller tasks like post-work for some of the recently finished renders and animations, selecting and adding music, sfx, a full playthrough of each path, polishing and double-checking all variables, proofreading, beta testing, etc. I also have to work on the replay gallery, special renders, and some other things I might have forgotten.

I also re-rendered several static renders and even some animations last week as I discovered some issues while coding them. At the same time, my translator\proofreader working on the finished lines. We work on the same files almost simultaneously.

Approximate total art count: 1151 renders and 43 animations. I might add/change/remove some of the renders during the polishing phase.

This is a finishing line, and I'll focus on the remaining tasks this week. I can't say for sure, but tentative, the release will be planned for the 1-2nd October. If there won't be any issues, of course. Anyway, stay tuned as my next post will be a release post.

I'll tell you more about this update and what to expect in the release post. But if you read all my dev updates and saw the previews, you probably already have a picture in your head and some understanding of what this update gonna be. But I promise you, the coolest, juiciest, and surprising parts I left unseen :)

All right, that's it for today. I'll continue my work tomorrow, as today is my birthday and I'm off to celebrate. I'll try to work on special renders and wallpapers in the next few days. But for now, my main focus is finishing the update. Maybe I'll switch to this when the guys will start beta-testing. Will see.
