It felt pure because this was the first time Momo was ever genuine. He's not pretending to love him nor is he going along this time. This time he's allowed himself to love Kuro and in return he was finally able to feel Kuro's love towards him with that kiss.

I still feel like he has to develop more as a young man, to truly love Kuro. Like now he's past the thought of revenge, and the fact of the matter is Kuro has grown on him. Kuro has showed him his sweet, generous, loving boyfriend material self, but Momo has so much work to catch up. In the back of his mind he's probably still not thinking much, he's kind of slow at learning right from wrong, but eventually this little cutie will figure it all out.

When you click on posts you see all kinds of tabs on the left side you can choose from. The uncencored scene can be found in chapter 5. I hope that helps ^^
