I may be in the minority here, but I don't see this kiss as romantic. There's an attraction between these two, sure...but I don't think this is a "loving" kiss. Krish is upset and Damiens helping in the only way his antisocial little brain can. I'd also like to think that Krish isn't as vulnerable as Kuro, so the danger of being manipulated by Damien is low. That being said, it's sweet to see them have a moment.

I think Damien is kissing Krish here because yes, he likes him of course, he's attracted to him as well and they have good chemistry together but I think he's trying to take krish's mind away from where his thoughts are at this moment. He's trying to help him feel a little better and also to stop his mind from thinking about how much he doesn't like himself and the type of person he was.
