Ezreal down a tier, think hes weaker now that hypercarries and IE champs are better, and nerfs to range supports ( less gold gain on sup item, and sup items nerfed = less picked ) makes less Ezreal Karma, Ezreal Velkoz/Xerath/zyra/brand etc, perma push lanes are less frequent.Cait down same reason as ezreal
