14.10 SOLOQ BOTLANE TIERLISTBEST ADC BLINDS: Caitlyn Ashe Jhin

BEST MAGE BLINDS: ZIGGS KARFUSCaitlyn is OP, the items having more AD and crit, and first strike change makes her so broken.Zyra added to the list, torch liandry combo pretty good.Brand up a tier, same reason as zyra.Karfus best mage this patch, torch allows him to be strong in fights whilst still getting ult CD, the item scales good too, on 3 items, torch liandry raba you are extremely OP.Ezreal is really weak, first strike makes him ok some spots thoVeigar down a tier, shurelya nerfs unlucky nice season :DVelkoz up a tier, good first strike abuser cash money printer brrrSeraphine up a tier, money printerVarus down a tier, less flexible due to onhit being a bit worse without tempoSamira up a tier, good changes for herZeri down a tierXayah down a tier, you need a really good reason to pick this champ right now, not a good user of any other runes than tempo, navori change sucks for her.Corki is very good, HoB Lethality if you can all in alot in lane, otherwise fleet ER IE ( i dont like trinity unless u need to be a bit tanky with phage )
