BEST ADC BLINDS: Jhin Ashe MF Cait CORKI

BEST MAGE BLINDS: ZIGGS KarfusRemoved god tier due to corki nerf, so hes down a tier, by no means weak and i think the nerf hurts mid much more than botlane. Now swain is a real champ, unlike last patch where i said he needs buffs, best into shorter range adcs tho.moved veigar syndra lux down because all mages bot are bad into thigns like Ashe Cait etc so when you have a good mage angle its just better to play swain now in most cases.Kaisa hates this patch to items, down a tier.Kog was good into kaisa, but nobody will play kaisa nowMF Lethality is good and her winrate is dragged down by people playing BT build, good item changes for her this patch
