14.23 SOLOQ BOTLANE TIERLISTBEST ADC BLINDS: Jhin Ashe MF Cait CORKI

BEST MAGE BLINDS: ZIGGS KarfusCait is still really goodJinx is basically same champ as before , not S+ tier.AP kogmaw will always be good, if its a bad game for on hit kogmaw just flex ur build to AP, regardless of this nerf this is still good to do.Great MF buffNot sold about smolder yet, his old build feels pretty badTwitch down a tier almost always bad matchups these days , and his items are perma getting nerfed ( Crit items, Collector AND botrk)Added a bruisers section, since i believe most marksman arent good atm and bruiser bots are pretty good, Ideally you are paired with a champ that can engage, or benefits from you frontlining ( Taric + Fiora, or Senna + Lee sin/wu)
