Patch S1.3 SOLOQ MID TIERLIST (Patreon)

BEST MAGE BLINDS Neeko Annie Ori Aurora

BEST ASSASSIN BLINDS Ahri LB Akshan Trynd Yone Ambessa AkaliCassio nerf is not rlly relevant, most of the time you are playing E max and E damage, this nerf mainly targets cassio vs orianna type matchups where playing Aery and Q max is good.Jayce mid up a tier, if you build Hubris > Manamune with Absolute focus Jack of all trades, you are quite buffed this patch. Mel is overrated imo, and even worse next patch, champ is mainly good if W has value in the draft, but usually it doesnt, Ahri is a good matchup for example because its easy to poke and your W has a lot of value, and E easy to hit if she ults to you.Swain is not Z tier because of this change, but good buffElectrocute: Akali up, LB Up (axiom arcanist too)Hob: Ekko up
