BEST TANK BLINDS: Bad patch for blind tanks, but Zac Ornn Cho

BEST CARRY BLINDS: Kennen rumble Akshan Jayce | QUINN SYMB SOLES!Ambessa down a tierAurora down a tierksante down, also laenswap change hurts him for those queueing to laneswapurgot up a tier, with more tops nerfed theres more reasons to play urgot and other champs in the S tierQuinn moved from counters to S+, insane pick right now i feel like with symb soles, you always have purpose, even if game goes poorly you can just not lane and fly between mid and bot and something good usually happens.
