BEST ADC BLINDS: Ashe MF Cait

BEST MAGE BLINDS: ZIGGS MelCait down a tier, good nerfWith nerfs to other lane bullies like Ashe, Cait, and getting buffed herself, MF moves up a tier.Mel Up a tier, karfus veigar down a tier, they dont do well vs these long range mages like mel.I actually think jinx nerf matters, she usually gets first kills cus of R.
