BEST ADC BLINDS: Ashe MF Cait

BEST MAGE BLINDS: ZIGGS Mel, SWAINSwain up a tier, better in bot than mid.mel best role is botlane, and this nerf matters less in bot than mid, but still a large nerf regardless.Theres no changes to actual adcs this patchBloodline (lifesteal rune) change doesnt really matter , you wont change ur rune based on this. For example:A kogmaw will still want attackspeed, and a jinx would go bloodline regardless because she cant get lifesteal in build until very late.
