BEST MAGE BLINDS Ori Zoe Cassio Ryze Annie

BEST ASSASSIN BLINDS Ahri Akali Annie buff is extremely good, helps her hard matchups a lot ( Mages ) since her E now matches a lot of spells CD better, up a tier.Hwei change very irrelevant other than R cd, same tier.Kassadin DownLux change means close to nothing in midlane, matters for botGood nerf to Naafiri, close to going down a tier, if champ gets damage nerf later shes down, but for now still viable just think about when you use spells more.Swain mega nuked, down a tierSyndra down a tier, somehow orianna avoided nerfs this patch xd ( next patch nerf tho )hexoptics very good on trist midWith nerfs to assassins like ambessa qiyana, and buffs to graves i move xerath up a tier, enemy jg has much less threat now on you.
