BEST MELEE BLINDS: Rell Rakan Maokai

BEST RANGE BLINDS: Janna Elise Bard Big patch for supportNami is really hurt with mandate changes and support changes in general. still viable though if u avoid mandate, but not best tier like beforeKnight vow is really really strong this patch, Lulu Yuumi Braum etc good users, champs that dont have insane item synergies or AOE spells.

Senna down a tierChampions like Zilean is impacted very little since they dont rely much on strength of Items, compared to champions like SonaSeraphine down a tier, her Q got changed again and nerfed itemsMilio downElise zilean up, dont get hurt from changesAmumu up, great aftershock buff, and with less enchanters it means less mikaelsblitz down, less enchanter matchups
