ori going cull and AS rune any good here? or what do u think was optimal starting items and secondary inspiration variation

think yone has too much range and dashes for you to make use of AS that much and cull nah, hp is nice and you get value from AP here, he already has advantage that you use mana and he doesnt, you further boost this advantage by not going d ring mana regen
