A few things I noticed when looking at the preseason notes and briefly trying PBE a few weeks ago. - Immortal shield bow is the new phantom dancer for crit adcs, steraks if not. - Navori Quickblade on Tryndamere (maybe Yone) XD - Ravenous Hydra splash now works on ranged champs (might help with waveclear) - Since ROA has been removed, Kassadin can spike a lot sooner - Overall, itemisation is much more situational and powerful which makes it more favourable for better players (I.e. players who can get the items sooner can carry game)

sort of unrelated, but what database website would you find to be the most accurate? Eg. u.gg, opgg, blitz etc
