Poppy can be higher but imo this champion is so bad blindpick, but shes rlly good vs certain things /comps with lots of dashes so dont be discouraged to pick her.

same thing with mundo, champ is good but especially vs magic damage comps.

Again, same thing with the other tierlists, if a champion isnt here dont worry too much i dont have enough insight on the champ dont wanna judge champs unless im confident in what im saying.
