Ivern nerf hurts his ap build more than support build, ivern is still in a better spot than when he initially was buffed, and champs like jayce tristana are still op so ivern is still great.Idk what these maokai nerfs means as i dont play him so idk if u need 3 qs to kill raptors etc now or what, nonetheless his winrate dropped but i had him S tier, no way he goes down to A+.seju same as ivern, just a great champ, this change does not make her go to a+Shyv up a tier from 13.14 patch

Taliyahs clear is quite alot better, up 2 tiers.
