fine jhin buff, but not going to do a whole lot, if u want to play jhin play him lethality with youmoos or eclipse.Statikk nerf and movespeed nerf is sad for zeri, down a tier. Good champ if you are very good at using her kit to find all in angles and 1v9 teamfight angles, but for average player a shit champion and also kinda slow phased in soloq.
