2026-10-01 06:00 I know i had a pretty decent chat in Melbourne with you guys (Tim, Xen & Matt) but here goes again- Eyrie is my favourite track - the guitars are so f***in heavy and the violin work is impeccable. As for the rest of the album, it is amazing too. The vocals are great, good to see both Xen and Tim pushing themselves and trying new things. Thoroughly enjoyed the violin throughout, Tim, and the Intra Venus solo’s (Benji and Tim) are fantastic. Both Matt and Benji’s guitar riffs are killer. And that tone!!! 😍 Amazing. Dan is on another level - so technical and the fills are great. Love the snare sound and the ride work really stood out. Robin’s bass work is great too. Can’t wait to listen again when the album’s released. So much going on that it’s impossible to pick it up from 2 listens. Thanks again for the BBQ and all you continue to offer the fans. This long time fan is very pleased 🤤

Hey guys, thanks so much for the BBQ. I had such high expectations for this album but somehow I was still absolutely blown away by it. I especially loved how Libera (Part I) has turned out, having had a sneak peek of it back when I came to help sing the group vocals. It's an amazing feeling to have contributed to something so incredible, so thanks for the opportunity, and I cannot wait to get my copy of the whole album to play it again and again. ❤

Thanks to you guys for hosting the event and giving us fans a chance to listen to the album before it's release. There were many moments that were really beautiful, in particular I got chills at the end of part 2 of Libera. Love your work NeO!! can't wait to see you guys perform some of the new songs.

Thanks for putting on the BBQ, and for doing all this other stuff that connects with fans! The album sounds great :D the group vocals turned out really well and it was cool to hear the whole song :) can't wait to get a CD and blast this thing in my car, and out-music all the doof-doof cars ;)

Thank you so much for putting on this event for us! It was a pleasure to attend, and always great to chat to you guys. The album itself is absolutely magnificent. This has been a brilliant year for Metal. The new Arch Enemy, Cradle of Filth and Paradise Lost are all top-notch, just to name a few. Even so, Urn is a strong contender for my album of the year. I love how it branches out and pushes new boundaries, while remaining true to the roots of Ne Obliviscaris. It's everything a new album that progresses the sound of a band should be. I am absolutely, thoroughly impressed. Can't wait to listen again!

Thanks for doing this guys. Feedback for Utopia though is that they need better speakers - they didn’t deal particularly well with the complexity of a NeO album, especially the first two songs. Keen to listen to it on some good equipment though, can’t wait till the release.
