Here's a story from Dan about his and our experience when we played in Mexico 2018 - It is probably one of the wildest tours we've done, and that show in particular on 9th September was just crazy!

Thank you Dan for this insight. Good to hear this from your perspective. I remember some stories from that tour, but forgot how ... ‚different‘ time and distance seems to be in Mexico compared to other countries. Glad to hear you have good memories despite these interesting circumstances. 🙂

Thanks Dan. Lack of sleep is a total bastard to deal with. Plus extreme heat - sounds like torture! It's funny how we look back on difficult times with fondness though.

I could not attend that particular show Dan's talking about here because I went on vacation to Japan just a couple days prior. I was so bummed that my trip and NeO's first show in Mexico had to overlap, specially since I had been waiting for them to come pretty much since Portal came out. Luckily, a couple of friends of mine to whom I showed NeO actually attended the show and while I was wandering through a little country town in the middle of nowhere I got a text from one of those friends that turned out to be a video of Benji himself greeting me in spanish. It definitely helped me cope with the fact that I missed the show.
