On This Day, 3 years ago, we released our 3rd album URN! Here is a video we've put together, talking a little bit about what it was like in the recording process, the release, performing with Tino for the first time and more!

Wow, three years already! Time flies. I still think of this album as recent. And what a remarkable album it is; one of only two albums I consider to be nearly perfect. The balance is bang on in terms of sequencing and flow. It doesn't overstay its welcome. The artwork is truly gorgeous. Eyrie is a beautiful centrepiece. And the final parts that comprise the title track are stunning, especially part two which is utterly mesmerising. It's so intense and carries a really demonic vibe, with the guitars working beautifully in unison with Dan's drumming and Xen's evil vocals. I get chills everytime I hear it and it's such a brilliant ending to the album. I absolutely love this album. Love, love, love it. Thank you NeO.

This album was released just a few months after I had first discovered NeO. I still listen to it a lot, my favorite songs on it are probably Intra Venus and Urn part 2. I'm really curious how your sound has evolved on the new album!

I still remember that you announced to live stream the recording of the "Intra Venus" video, but then decided against it because the video quality was bad. But Anca and I had Ustream running in the background (while at work) and then Anca suddenly messaged me "You have to go to Ustream!!!!" and there you were, recording the band part of the video with Adrian! Anca and I kept watching for 2 or 3 hours (while kinda working), like flies on the wall (the quality really was shitty). Ah, those were the days....

The talking is very quiet in this video. When it cuts to music parts it us much much louder.

Urn came out a about 2 months after I discovered you, and Intra Venus was the first visual impression... and boy, was I impressed 😉😁. I love all your albums very much, but because of this circumstanceI like Urn a bit more... and seeing live clips makes me emotional, because I miss seeing you perform. Hi West! The vinyl company had a bit of a delay as they were supposed to be shipped by Oct 31 but are 2-3 weeks late so shipping will now likely be later in the month. I'm going to do an update post on this shortly this week for everyone on here- Tim
