Greetings!

To keep you company (and potentially inspire some healthy eating?) during the festive season here is a video that was shot back in July/August during our USA headline tour. This is a good example of some of the food we were cooking up whilst living on our bandwagon for the 5 weeks this tour went for.  To save money we bought a small sandwich grill from Wal Mart for about $35USD, which then we used to cook up vegetables, eggs, meat and all sorts of other things. Dan, being one of the 3 vegan's we have in our touring part (Xen and Troy - our sound engineer- being the other two) in this video is cooking up some veggie Tortilla wraps.

i just wanted to let you guys know, you were a big part of why i just recently decided to start transitioning to a vegan diet, especially xen. i had already phased out pork when i saw that interview a few months back, and its been resonating with me since. thank you for helping me grow as a person and become more truthful to myself and the values i have claimed to stand for.

I recently asked Xen about health tips and veganism and it's really inspiring to have vegans/vegetarians in a band that you enjoy so much. So just wanted to put a personal thank you to Xen on giving me some tips previously as I'm transitioning and in the process of weight loss. I honestly would LOVE to see more of the healthy cooking stuff on the Patreon page if you guys can be arsed to do it. This wrap looks really easy and simple to do so that's good since I suck at cooking, like I'm a legitimate walking fire hazard so the simple recipes are awesome.

This is really true, seeing others do it successfully that you look up to and appreciate is really inspiring and it really does help you want to educate yourself way more on the topic. Which Interview was this btw?

my first meat free home cooked meal since i decided meat was no longer for me. the hummus was a great surprise, when it blended with the veggie juices, i thought for a moment it had cheese in it. thank you for taking the time to share. see you on the n.east coast of u.s. next time around.
