Slight correction- The video mentions it was also Be'lakor's 1st show. It was actually their 2nd after making their live debut not long before. Not a bad line-up for a Thursday night at a tiny venue in Melbourne way back in 2006!

How strange it is for me to feel such tenderness, watching what these guys were doing almost 20 years ago. It almost equals how utterly proud I am of you right now. And I haven’t even been a fan for too long. What will you guys achieve 20 years from now?? I want to still be here to attest.

Tim looked liked an accountant, Xen looked like Xen and everyone else looked like soccer players....😬🙈 Surprised that Xen did the song introduction and communication with the audience. He doesn't do that anymore, sadly.🤔🤷‍♀️ I still love that song very much, raw, fast, brutal, but still melodic and melancholic. 🖤

Remember chatting to Xen at Damnation 2018 (after Tim had to leave the stage for a few minutes to sort his violin and Xen had to introduce the next song) and he said it was the first time he had talked to the audience since the first show

So pretty quickly back in 2006/2007 Xen & I started alternating talking between songs. Xen wasn't really comfortable doing it and so I took on part of that role within the first few shows I think. We would often quickly chat beforehand... hey you talk here, I'll say something there sort of thing. We did it that way for quite a while and then eventually at some point I just took it over completely seeing I was more comfortable doing it. But also Xen likes being a bit mysterious anyway and so that was part of it also. - Tim

more clips of the ep songs being performed live would be much welcomed. i know you guys say it sucks, but this is my new fav NeO video... those ep tracks are by far my favorite. huge black metal nerd. especially lucky because when the black hands dance is my nymber one favorite from those! 🤘🏼

Did you all take down old NeO footage off Youtube? I remember there used to be an early version of And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope that I enjoyed watching, but it is gone now
