It has Tim singing without any lyrics yet, 2/3 of the drums are programmed by Tim & Matt, no Xen yet, and you hear all the original demo versions of all the parts. This is an ultra rare insight into an in progress version of the song with detailed explanation of where the song was at and what adjustments were made after this point in the accompany video by Tim.

Yay this is March of Happiness! Really looking forward to the Interview with Xen, also the Equus Pre-Production demo and creation. Also the BTS with NeO! Sorry I don’t know what is meant by Equus STEMS HD download? 😅

Hey Yasith, "stems" are essentially the separated/isolated tracks of every instrument used to record the song. So recorded tracks of the violin, vocals, drums, rhythm guitar, lead guitar, strings, bass etc. etc. all on their own tracks. This is something that some people may find interesting for listening purposes (Listen to only strings, or only drums), but also is amazing for anyone with a DAW (recording software) to dig deeper into what makes up the song and even play around with it.- Tim

Oh nice! That’s interesting. Yet bands wouldn’t usually release the individual instruments due to copying/copyright laws right?

Yes that's correct. We paid our record label a fee so that we could get legal authorisation to give them away on Patreon essentially. - Tim

Holy shit the album release is so close! Been waiting for years and I'm so excited to hear what you guys have been tediously working on. So far, I'm in love with the album!! 🔥 Question though, any update on when we can find out about the new drummer?

Oh that’s unique to do! And interesting to know about the way it works with a recordlabel. And even though you have to pay a fee for them, it’s better for a band to be with a record label these days it seems?

From the first time I heard Equus, I was as excited as a teenage girl (I didn't think that was even possible...). It's wonderful to know that there is still so much good ahead of us! I hope my inner teenager can handle it. You're a gem!

We haven't decided yet, but he has recorded an EQUUS playthrough which is almost ready to go so that will go up either late in March or in first half of April to announce who it is. We're super excited! - Tim

Awesome! Looking forward to all of this! But (and there is always a "but" with me) as great as all of this is, I don't think it's necessary. Everyone here is already super excited for the new album and pretty much everyone has already pre-ordered it (SoM is already sending out the print on demand tshirts, by the way). So, I believe it's more needed to create content when there is NO new music coming and when you're NOT on tour, to keep people interested and engaged and make sure they don't cancel their subscription or downgrade it. Because, after all, Patreon isn't a club, but a subscription service. Just my two cents, from someone with 15 years experience in sales & marketing.

Hey Tina, thanks for the feedback. What we have found over the last 7 years is that by far the best time to attract new members is when we are releasing new music. And so a lot of this content is designed to entice more people to sign up in conjunction with a significant membership drive we have planned over the coming weeks. We also just had hundreds of people sign up in recent months and want to keep them beyond the short term incentive they might have signed up for. Plus we want to celebrate the EXUL release month by having a ton of stuff happening in every which way. We’re super excited for this to be the biggest month of our career so far and so hope you enjoy the content. - Tim

All true. But (haha) attracting new members is one thing. Keeping them for months and years is another thing. But let's see what happens over the summer after the tour, or after the US tour. Maybe you'll surprise me with content in the off time.🙂🤷‍♀️🖤

I must confess I came here for the EP's. But I didn't even know about NeO being on Patreon until I saw mentions of the EP's on Instagram stories. Anyway, I'm quite new to the band, only getting to know previous albums in recent years. I've been waiting for a new album and tour to really get on board. I actually bought physical copies of the first three albums only few weeks ago in prepation for the new one. Looking forward to seeing you guys here in Finland. So this is just to say that the band maybe on to something with their approach to this Patreon thing.

We're already working on a content plan up to Dec, 2023 at the moment fyi so the approach for this album cycle is quite different to the past!
