Please note that you need to be a Revered or Grand Master member to access the post and sign up. Once you've signed up if you want to downgrade your membership again that's totally ok! VIP N.A Tour Sign Up for access to watch soundcheck and band meet & greet!

As part of your VIP Revered package you will receive:

* Access to watch NeO soundcheck

* Meet and greet with the band

* Photo with the band (on your camera)

* An opportunity to sign any NeO items you want signed

* Souvenir Ne Obliviscaris EXUL VIP laminate

As a GRAND MASTER you will get a different level of VIP access which includes also having dinner with the entire band pre show!

IS A TICKET INCLUDED?: VIP access does NOT include a ticket to the show unless this has been earned as a bonus perk by being a Grand Master member OR being a Revered member for 2+ months.

SOUNDCHECK TIME: Is generally 2-3 hours before doors open. Exact time will be sent to you via email the week before the show. (Though if you want to know the time for your show just ask and I can let you know the rough time straight away)

What happens after soundcheck - do people get to stay in the venue or do we go back out in line? I'm really tempted to upgrade to meet the band but I'm coming with a friend who's a more casual fan (I introduced her to NeO) and she's not on the Patreon.

This is probably a dumb question, but if I upgrade to the VIP would my partner be covered under the same membership, or would they also need to sign up?

Officially it's one person only. If you're on GM level, you can bring 1 more person, I think.

Wish the rules for how many non-Patreon friends to bring (if today is zero for most Patreon levels) would be more relaxed since most people wouldn’t sign up to Patreon just to attend a sound check, but if they were able to join a sound check they may very well change their mind about your music and become avid followers

Hey Niklas, yes it's a tricky one to work out how to best manage it via Patreon as we do keep it very exclusive to make it special but we also want to make it available to as many people as possible. I have decided to change the policy so that VIP members can bring a + 1 with them. We will see how that goes on this tour and at the end of the tour ask for member feedback on how to readjust moving forward. :) - Tim

Thanks for clarifying and expanding the allowance. Definitively interested in attending the sound check with a +1 person in Pontiac, however I have a question about upgrading to the $75 tier and downgrading again: - My 1y prepayment for next year was just auto paid yesterday. - Patreon seems to allow me to upgrade to the $75 tier for 1 month at no cost (assuming this is taken out of what was already prepaid). - If I then want to downgrade again right after signing up, will that work as expected and the balance of my prepaid amount (less increased cost for $75 tier) will remain available? Don’t want to have to prepay for another year again at my original tier.. ;)

Hey Niklas, I do believe that is how it works, but I am not 100% sure so would be best to check with Patreon as these things do change and get updated from time to time. I will say that if you upgraded and then there were any issues and you overpaid, we would organise a refund for you if required. - Tim

I spoke with my friend and she can't make it that early anyway unfortunately. I'm still interested in signing up for it though - is there a date limit by which it needs to be done? I'm seeing you guys in Montreal on Nov 10, my next Patreon pledge is on October 16, will it be too late if I upgrade then? The Revered level is over 100$ CDN/month so I can't afford to do it on a recurring basis but I could swing it for a month for a special event like this, and I figure I might as well get a whole month's worth of benefits out of it!

Am I correct that the only way to get early entrance to a show is by paying a $828 membership upgrade and getting a VIP ticket?

So, I signed up for vip for the Chicago show a while ago and I still haven't received the email with the information about times and such? I was just wondering if you guys had sent it out yet cuz the concert is tomorrow?
