Specimen 19 (Patreon)

Comm for https://www.furaffinity.net/user/aidohwedo who wanted a bit of a redesign for Specimen 19. I went a little off-script and tried to make a combination of Dubmare and a cougar eyeing you from across the bar.  She's a living weapon, but she's also a little touch-starved~
