Old Josette mostly keeps to herself in her little abode in the swamp, weaving her little charms from trinkets she collects after the downpour. On moonless nights, she throws quite a shindig. People swear they can hear it from across the bay, and they can see the brackish delta of her property lit up with ghastly green lights while she entertains her guests.

Sometimes she lets her partygoers take souvenirs with them, sometimes she takes the souvenirs herself.
