The theme of this poll is:

"Characters being NEETs"

NEET means Not in Education, Employment, or Training. NEET characters refer to characters who consequently remain a lot at home, live at night, play lot of games, prefer comfortable clothes to socially acceptable clothes, etc.

Poll rules:

I'll draw a fully colored drawing of the winner of the poll, and a sketch of the suggestion ending in second place.

No votes are carried over from previous polls.

Some suggestions received support bonuses, these are indicated between square brackets. [XX%] means the suggestion will have its poll votes increased by XX% and [+XX] means the suggestion will receive a flat amount of XX bonus votes.

If there are ties, the order of suggestion prevails (entries are numbered by submission order)
