She bagged Lan?! That would be quite the twist... but very appropriate! Also, the implication of "The people willing to join us couldn't"... the nectar might have done some things to Zina and Rena.

Why would it be appropriate if Lan hated how she was before? She has no reason to join.

If it is indeed Lan, I think it make Nadette's team very thematically appropriate as a band of misfits who are going against the status quo. Nadette - the newcomer whom all the previous greats have been steadily making it harder and harder for her to compete. Lan - the person who is basically a kuma, but was not allowed to compete due to inheriting the wrong phenotype. Myu - the neko who is fighting against not just her own phenotype but her own upbringing to get as big as possible. Plus, we don't know the full story behind Lan's joining, Nadette keeps cutting off Myu. There must be a reason she's joined up now.

I think I finally need a break from this comic. Been following it for nearly 3 years nonstop, only to see Myu's weight gain backpedal after signs were looking up for her after she got the answer she wanted for so long, the extremely long winded arc that was the Kuma Convention that took 10 months by itself, and now that long anticipated 3rd team member ends up being that Lan chick was nasty towards the others when we last saw her (enough for me to not care for seeing her gain at all). I don't feel like I have the motivation or the patience to keep following this comic for the time being.

Actually she did like the weight gaining and wanted to be like her mother and sister, but since she wasn't born with kuma ears she wasn't allowed to. She became bitter and angry because of that resentment towards it, but now she can join on her own terms as long as she's part of an entourage. As for her reasons; How about waiting patiently for her to explain her reasons once she tells her story on her side of the coin.

That would be a twist no one saw coming. While Nadette speaks of that person as if she knows her, we don't know if she's dealt with Mai before, but I'd love to see the two neko sisters on the same team.

"Waiting patiently" you say? I've been doing that for at least the last year and a half in regards to other things about this comic, like... MYU'S WEIGHT GAIN after she learned the workaround from her dad, and I've been following this comic from even further back then that. Don't ever tell anyone to be patient with this comic when it's approaching 6 fucking years old. Seriously, what an obnoxious thing for you to say.

Brother, don't pretend like it's been 6 years of nothing lol. There have been multiple Myu weight gain sequences both within the comic and as supplementary illustrations, Nadette's extreme weight gain, Zina's weight gain, Rena's weight gain, Ilya's weight gain, the GKL supporting cast members... Sure, Myu's gain isn't permanent yet but this comic has delivered a _lot_ of great weight gain sequences and scenarios. If you're frustrated over something as innocuous as a weight gain fetish comic, it's probably best to take a step back.

Why do you think I said "The last year and a half" then, especially when I used the workaround as the example for my point? Saying "6 years of nothing" would be wrong, so don't be one of those people who tries to twist people's words into something completely different.

I retract my previous statement. The evidence centre has shown me that it is in fact Lan, and that assuming she would be with V-chan and Gaea was premature. Now we need to see what black magic Myu employed to make this repressed gainer join the most hated team in the league.

The color of the speech bubble is defined either by the color of the iris or hair up until now. Technically yes, either works, but this speech bubble was previously assigned to Lan, so makes more sense to Lan. When the sister appeared there were no colored speech bubbles. I went back and checked
