Updates to Tiers voting powers and Discord (Patreon)

Hello all,

A couple of changes I wanted to keep you informed about.

First, regarding voting powers. Previously, they were the following:
- Chubby Tier: x1 on characters, no vote on sequences
- Plus Size Tier: x2 on characters, x1 on sequences
- Super Size Tier: x3 on characters, x2 on sequences

Starting this month, voting powers will be the following:
- Chubby Tier: x1 on characters and sequences
- Plus Size Tier: x3 on characters and sequences
- Super Size Tier: x6 on characters and sequences

The Chubby tier now get to vote on sequences, the Plus Size Tier will have a little more weight in polls, and the Super Size Tier will have significantly more weight in polls. These changes have two goals: simplifying voting powers and recalibrating how much votes matter to the content I create based on the monetary value of their tiers.

Second, a minor update to the Discord : I've heard your feedbacks about roles, and instead of fitting all tiers into a single role, each tier now have its own role. They're still purely cosmetic, though!

Until next time :)
