Oh no the feeding tube was accidentally set to "hippo" instead of "normal" wups

and thus Myu story truly begins... to be continued!

Yup! It's been suggested previously, they have chloroplasts allowing them to do some photosynthesis.

For some reason I had the idea that linkers were like a VR thing. So they are more like synthetic brainless bodies? I honestly can't believe I'm just getting that.

Winters

I just think the linkers are interesting... like Myu's here just has a neural framework to support Myu's own mind, but it still can learn and adapt to better serve its user as seen by Myu asking if she should teach it something a few pages ago, and severing that connection can cause permanent damage. But other linkers, such as the ones that would be in that sport, seem to be able to act autonomously within confines of what they were made for... would Myu's linker be able to become its own independent being with enough time to learn? I'm not sure how deep I'm meant to look into this I just think this kind of thing is really interesting, they're becoming more central to the plot and no our hero's going to be stuck in one for a bit. Or maybe, if Myu's linker can eat to its heart's content, it could go in reverse and teach her body to do the same...

Precisely, yes! That being said and for what it's worth, while it's never mentionned in the comic the base technology of linkers was for VR, so you weren't totally off the mark ^^
