I like option 2 the best because it doesn't give away too much info to ruin the mystery, and keeps you hooked to wanna watch it! Edit: Astrum, I have no issues with you and your team choosing whatever thumbnail you prefer, even after asking for opinions. I respect that ultimately this is your channel. I'm not gonna be butthurt if you don't choose the thumbnail I or the popular vote wanted. I'm not sure why this is such a problem for some people, but I'm just here to learn and have fun doing it. 🙂

Are you actually going to respect the poll and choose the popular thumbnail unlike last time?

True, I haven't watched that video still, partly because of that reason. I will watch it later but didn't want to watch it because of the thumbnail shenanigans

Yeah, I just double-checked to verify. And yep, the one he chose got only 7% of the vote. So it seems like our opinion doesn’t carry too much weight.

I'm pretty sure I voted after the poll closed, which might have skewed the numbers you're seeing now. I'm sure the thumbnail is correct according to the results I saw.

Idk i kinda feel like it sounded to me like he was asking our opinions but not promising to use the popular vote?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I

Hi Parth! First off thank you so much for being a member here :) We discuss these poll results, and your feedback, every week in our production meeting and it helps us decide what thumbnail to launch with. When we launched the video we quickly found out that the other thumbnail was more popular with our subscriber community over on YouTube, and so we updated it to reflect that.

Hi Jeff! So sorry about the deleted comment, it was a misclick and Patreon doesn't allow it to be reversed (super annoying)! For context, replying to the message: "Why should we bother voting if you didn't even use the one we overwhelmingly voted for last time." Want to let you know that we discuss your response to the polls, and replies, in our production meeting every single week - including your comment! We want you to know that all your feedback influences every decision we make. With the recent thumbnail, we launched with the one that was voted for, but quickly saw that our subscribers over on YouTube preferred the other thumbnail - and we want to take them into account too. That being said we want you to know that everything here on Patreon goes directly into making our videos, and you can message us directly here with any suggestions anytime :) Thanks so much for the support, Astrum Team
