Peter Tripp Akemann, the entrpreneur behind Treyarch Studios, has been identified and charged as the person who recklessly flew a drone near the Palisades wildfire, striking a "Super Scooper" firefighting aircraft and taking it out of commission.

Mr. Akemann will pay restitution and perform community service, with no further punishment.
