I'd like to ask you sometime about a weirdly broad situation in the entire compu-law world; namely what's the (presumably super-obvious) law that says it's okay for a company to accept a click on "YES I HAVE READ ALL 72 PAGES OF THE TOS" ... in essence the nod-and-the-wink for decades now that it's perfectly acceptable to offer a person a choice statistically zero people do but still its binding (to what ever degree really, but its about the "lie" not the legal recourse) ... and it's saying I will accept that you are lying to us, but that's okay.
