katsura hinagiku sketch request 2 (Patreon)

Tier sketch request of katsura hinagiku from hayate the combatt butler, in a continuation from an older request, but further along on her way home. in a spread leg  crouching squat. in an oversoaked diaper. with burning shame, but something tells me this naughty baby might actually be enjoying her shameful behavior.   She may need to be punished.
