This was one thing that took me by surprise and caused dissonance while playing. The scene where Blake tells Kushari about his foot fetish... I don't have a foot fetish, I just don't understand it, it triggers nothing in my brain so it was odd to "be" a character that's into that. Up until then most foot worship content seemed to be optional or centered around some power dynamic that I had to be a part of, but I didn't feel like I had ever gone down a foot path. In fact I remember wondering if I had clicked something I should have to land on this path, but it seems to be a hard coded fetish. My suggestion is make it a choice to select the fetish to confide to Kushari (this has a lot of potential to add a lot of work for you, but also a lot of value for one off type of content that you don't want to weave into the rest of the game) or make it optional for people who don't have a foot fetish like myself.
