Alien tentacle monster unsatisfied with It's victim because of accesability issues, tells her to find another victim so it can prey upon them and inseminate them with it's phallic like tentacles. I just wonder how the Alien communication is achieved? Would it be telepathy?

I can think of several options, but I'll ask the commissioner first:) And here's her answer: "Oral tentacles Go into mouth And hijack the nerve system And add her to the hive mind"

But the Chastity Belt has to have a rear opening so the body can get rid of waste. Yeah, could be the mouth, or a tentacle hijacking the nervous system from the tail of the spinal cord. It also lets the tentacles get some exercise on her other open orifice because she needs to go #2 at times.
