The approaches :

  • Frameworks :  "Modern Combat Overhaul - MCO"
    Frameworks made for other modders to build upon. You have the control and can customize the features. You adapt the mod to your modlist
  • DLCs : "Distar Experience - DXP"
    Custom version of the mods and frameworks. Allows to implement more daring features at the cost of customization. The mods are tailored for a specific modlist, providing what I deem the best game experience

MCO :

  • v0.1 : Triple bite attack - Double back Tail - Diving attack
  • roadmap : hitbox tweaks of the triple bite attack - complete overhaul of the dive attack - animation overhaul of the double back tail - 3rd forward attack - 2 backward attacks - shout combo integrations - right side attack - left side attack

Sorry if this has already been answered, but for this mod ( and others like it ), does it support custom skeletons for things like the trolls and wolves? specifically rogueshot's amazing skeleton mods.

Hello ! Is cool The trolls don't really have a hard incompatibility with skeletons but kind of a soft one. Rougeshots trolls are bigger than the regular one, so if your character is on the short size, it may happen that the trolls will hit above your head. With the regular version of his sekeletons afaik it happens consistently. IF you use his version that keeps the vanilla size, you should be good most of the time. My character is a female on 0.95 scale so I assume for the majority of people it shouldn't be a problem at all For the wolves tho, the skeleton should be incompatible unfortunately. I had to tweak the skeleton collision to make it compatible with Precision. Otherwise the wolves would have had to stick with the vanilla system or do some non optimal movement inside the animation
