Sculpting my FIRST MINI!

Sculpting is a hobby closely attached to miniatures considering the miniatures we paint are sculpted by someone either digitally or physically so I wanted to give it a shot for the first time ever and document my experiences. This is so cool and I understand the journey completely. I just started sculpting masks about 2 weeks ago, because you know, mini-painting, board-gaming, record/ comic/ toy/ statue/ movie collecting, movie reviewing and podcasting didn’t seem like enough hobbies outside of my 40 hour a week job.

I have found this subject interesting and I’ve been wanting to try sculpting minis as well. Especially seeing how I need to use green stuff to fill in missing details on some things. Normally when I do it though, it looks horrible. Watching this though did help me see some new ways and ideas I should try out. Thanks!

Most important question: did you have fun?

Open and honest feedback..... I was really skeptical about this video, but after watching I think it rocks! The opportunity to have a tangent diversion to painting minis turned out to be very cool. You almost talked me in to trying :)... but you failed :) .... I still need to learn to paint! Nice job, Scott. Scott

Great video as always! I love that you're trying things you're not as proficient at. Well done!
