Y'All Want a Single #5: "No Light" by 3rd Strike (Patreon)

It's another band that had one big song and didn't do a whole lot else in the nu-metal world, it's 3rd Strike! Thanks to John, we're reviewing this song, which has a lot going on in it, from the clunky raps and basic rhyme structure to its obvious rooting in hardcore music. We learn about the lead singer's sordid past and how he made his way through three different bands before settling on this one, which tries to capitalize on the path Linkin Park was paving at the time, in what results in a pretty decent song.
