A bonus episode suggestion that could only come from the twisted minds of Tony and Fawkins, Bryn Nieboer (Stay Inside) returns to dissect this Japanese nu-metal album that John describes as "Linkin Park on speed". After some early discussion of Legos and card games, we get down into the album proper, from its frenetic genre switching to its wild pace to its association with skateboarding through the Tony Hawk franchise.

When talking about the elevation of foreign music as artsy y'all are tapping into something that I've spent a lot of time thinking about. And that is that there are plenty of songs in English that I wish were in a foreign language so I didn't have to feel so ashamed of the stupid lyrics. Songs like hot for teacher which totally kick ass but sound incredibly dumb, or anything by manowar.
