Episode 39: American Head Charge Articles (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

Thank you again for your patience with our late release date this month. I was on the road for a few weeks and it made getting all of the episodes done a little challenging, but hopefully you had the weekend to enjoy the AHC episode, and now you can start your week with the articles.

PopEntertainment [dot] com: American Head Charge (November 2001)

Our first introduction to bassist Chad Hanks, who discusses not caring about making a video for MTV and how the American flag is just a piece of cloth, man.

Concert Livewire: One on One: American Head Charge (December 14, 2001)

Chad's back at it again, this time discussing recording with Rick Rubin, failed band names, their sobriety, and how the American flag is just a piece of cloth, man.

KNAC [dot] com: American Head Charge: Made in America (December 4, 2001)

The famed interview by David Lee Wilson where he weirdly pranks AHC to start the interview, and Chad discusses Ozzfest, the bands they like, and how the American flag is just a piece of cloth, man.

Room Thirteen: Interview with American Head Charge (December 23, 2004)

On the episode, we really only touch on the "drugs in the ass" part, but we really should've covered the part where they shit on Crazy Town. It's great and unhinged.
