Welcome to my Patreon site. I have over 30 years experience as both a professional photographer and photographic educator.  I have been an Alpha Ambassador for nearly 8 years and have an excellent understanding of both full-frame and APS-C Alpha cameras.

The advantage of being a Patron instead of a Paid Member of my YouTube channel is that you will receive more timely feedback. This is because I can leave notifications switched on for Patreon (not possible with the number of followers on my YouTube channel).

I aim to help you get the most of your current camera system and will only recommend additional equipment if I feel the goals you have set yourself are unachievable with the gear your currently own. If I don't know the answer to your question I will make it my mission to find the answer for you through my professional contacts with Sony. I will never guess if I don't know (a common problem with most photographic forums).

Limitations to support: I have extensive experience with Adobe Post-Production software (Lightroom and Photoshop). I am an Adobe beta tester and was an Adobe Ambassador for 14 years. I have, however, limited experience with other post production software, e.g. Capture One). I have used an extremely broad range of Sony cameras and lenses but only have limited experience with a small range of non-Sony lenses (typically lenses that Sony do not have an equivalent for). I also have a working knowledge of Sony flash equipment but do not use non-Sony flash gear.
